Monday I did way more standing than I should have along with hitting the gym so today I'm paying for it by using my sick time. However the pay off is I got to sleep some more while keeping my leg up. CAn't sleep too much though otherwise I won't go to bed on time ( Read more... )

I really must meditate more even for a few minutes in the morning. I also think I will be investing in another alarm clock; one not so jaring when it wakes you.
